We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to handle end-to-end marketing activities, including exhibitions, branding, digital marketing, social media, website management, and creative development. The candidate should have a good mix of technical understanding and marketing execution skills, with hands-on experience in digital tools and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Exhibition & Event Management
- End-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of yearly exhibitions and trade shows.
- Manage stall design, logistics, branding, coordination, and post-event reports.
- Plan and execute in-house events with attention to branding and presentation.
- Handle hotel coordination and vendor management for event conduction.
2. Industry Association & Branding Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry associations.
- Identify and pursue branding opportunities through sponsorships, collaborations, and industrial forums.
3. Marketing Material & Creative Management
- Manage creation, stock, and updates of marketing materials like brochures, standees, posters, and catalogues.
- Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines.
- Independently create visuals using Canva or similar platforms; basic video editing knowledge preferred.
4. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop and maintain social media Calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and X (Twitter).
- Manage and grow brand presence on YouTube through creative content and regular updates.
- Work on SEO & SEM to enhance online visibility and lead generation.
- Oversee website hosting, domain management, and content updates using platforms like WordPress.
5. Marketing Communication & Mailers
- Develop impactful marketing mailers, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute promotion strategies using in-house mailing software.
- Ensure effective tracking and analytics of campaign performance.
6. Marketing Calendar & Budgeting
- Prepare and manage the annual marketing calendar covering all campaigns, exhibitions, and events.
- Plan and monitor the marketing budget for each activity.
7. Corporate Gifts & Collaterals
- Manage procurement and distribution of marketing gifts such as diaries, bags, pens, hampers, and giveaways.
8. Photography & Videography
- Coordinate or independently handle product photography and videography for promotional use.
- Maintain an organized library of marketing visuals.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, YouTube).
- Working knowledge of WordPress, SEO/SEM, and email marketing tools.
- Creative mindset with ability to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, basic video editing software, and MS Office.
- Good aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking under deadlines.
