Darbar Arts Culture Heritage Trust, a leading promoter of Indian classical music, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Assistant to help elevate our brand and deliver engaging digital content. The ideal candidate will be able to manage and work alongside our offsite teams to create strategy and work in curating digital content, copywriting and help execute various campaign strategies across platforms.
Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will work closely alongside our Marketing Executive to strategize and execute campaigns across our digital and on-ground products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and help execute brand visions and campaigns across platforms
- Create visual assets including graphics, landing pages, banners, and email templates for marketing campaigns
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Help manage the outlook and content on our various platforms to make sure they align with our brand vision
- Analyse website and campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth (Meta PPC, Google Ads etc)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and product to support brand awareness and lead-generation goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and marketing materials.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, tools, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage updates, content changes, and ongoing optimisation of the company website.
- Plan and oversee digital advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and measurable results.
- Help maintain brand’s social media and make sure the tone of voice is consistent through out
Essential:
- Competence with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies across SEO, social media, email, and content marketing
- Ability to manage and analyse data using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and platform insights
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills for digital platforms
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation workflows (Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor etc)
- Ability to manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of brand consistency and visual identity standards
Desirable:
- Experience with video editing and content creation (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut)
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Active Campaign, or Plannable
- Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- Ability to create and manage online courses or digital products beyond Kajabi
- Experience with analytics dashboards or data visualisation tools (monday.com)
- Experience managing brand campaigns or creative direction
