Title: Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:
DBC’s Marketing Assistant will be responsible for representing the company in a friendly and professional manner, upholding its Core values with every customer, vendor, and co-worker. They will be responsible for the oversight and management of the marketing department. The Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Success Determined by:
· 100% responsible for Mastery of content creation and social media execution that produces brand engagement, growth, and lead quotas per KPIS
· Contributes to weekly and monthly lead quotas for all divisions across organic and paid channels
· Proficient level with analytics, tools, and planners used to measure the success of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to leadership with insights and recommendations for optimization
Responsibilities:
· Owns Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to generate compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, such as blog posts, videos, and social media updates.
· Owns Social Media Account Management: Continues an established brand voice on social platforms and expand engagement to produce leads.
· Orders, Mails, & Maintains Client Thank You Gifts at project completion or supplies for any other marketing opportunity.
· Proficient in Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to leadership with insights and recommendations for optimization.
· Assists in Brand Management: Safeguard and enhance the company's brand image, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
· Assists in Digital Marketing: Oversee online presence, including website management, social media campaigns, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
· Assists in Development of Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's goals, incorporating online and offline channels to reach target audiences effectively.
· Assists in Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate qualified leads, working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff and conversion.
· Assists in Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Talents:
· 1 Year + Job Experience in marketing, preferably in small fast paced business.
· Strong understanding of brand, marketing strategy, content creation, and social media platforms.
· Willingness to constantly learn New tools and follow a set plan
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
