Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to help support our digital marketing, social media, and customer engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and eager to grow in the marketing field.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content for social media platforms
• Assist with basic SEO tasks (keyword research, optimizing titles/descriptions, etc.)
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and strong customer service
• Support email marketing, content creation, and internal marketing projects
• Help maintain marketing calendars and track basic analytics
• Light design work in Canva (templates provided)

Requirements

• Basic SEO knowledge (keywords, page optimization, etc.)
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Canva or Meta Business Suite is a plus
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
