We are a highly specialized dental/medical practice dedicated to improving patients’ function, health, and quality of life through corrective jaw surgery. Our team values excellence, compassion, innovation, and a patient-centered approach. We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to strengthen our brand, elevate patient engagement, and support practice growth.

Position Summary

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that promote our practice, enhance referring-doctor relationships, and support patient education. This role blends strategic planning, content creation, social media management, and community outreach. There is an opportunity to expand this position to full time depending on integration with the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Create and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Draft educational posts, videos, before/after showcases, and surgeon-approved clinical content
  • Design marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, newsletters, and email campaigns
  • Update and optimize website content for SEO and patient accessibility

Referral & Community Engagement

  • Maintain strong relationships with referring dentists, orthodontists, and healthcare partners
  • Coordinate lunch-and-learns, presentations, and outreach visits
  • Assist with events, seminars, and community initiatives

Brand & Practice Management

  • Ensure consistent branding across all materials and communications
  • Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team on patient communication strategies
  • Assist with photography and videography of clinical workflows and patient journeys (with consent)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare, dental, or surgical marketing is a plus
  • Strong writing and graphic design skills
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and social media scheduling platforms
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a clinical environment

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
