Milano is a premium aluminium systems brand working with top architects, builders, and high-end residential & commercial projects. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who can own the brand, drive leads, and align marketing with sales.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for end-to-end marketing strategy and execution — brand building, lead generation, digital performance, and team coordination.
This is a decision-making role, not just execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Strategy
- Own Milano's brand positioning and marketing direction
- Ensure consistent luxury brand language across all platforms
- Plan quarterly & annual marketing roadmaps
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Oversee Meta & Google Ads (in-house or agency)
- Focus on lead quality, CPL, conversion rates
- Ensure proper CRM integration & lead tracking
- Optimise funnels from lead → site visit → conversion
Social Media & Content
- Supervise social media strategy & content calendar
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers & designers
- Approve creatives to maintain premium aesthetic
Sales & Channel Coordination
- Work closely with sales team to improve lead conversion
- Align campaigns with showroom, architect & builder outreach
- Support B2B marketing for architects & consultants
Website & Digital Assets
- Oversee WordPress website content
- Ensure website supports lead generation & brand credibility
- Coordinate blogs, landing pages & updates
Team & Vendor Management
- Manage in-house team, freelancers & agencies
- Approve budgets, timelines & deliverables
- Track performance and accountability
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in marketing management
- Strong background in digital & performance marketing
- Experience in real estate, construction, interiors, architecture or luxury brands preferred
- Ability to manage teams, agencies & budgets
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
