Marketing Assistant

About Rumi’s Kitchen: Rumi’s Kitchen is a growing fine-dining Persian restaurant group based in Atlanta, with restaurants across the United States, known for its elevated cuisine, welcoming hospitality, and strong brand identity. We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing or design career who is eager to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do

• Support the marketing team with day-to-day projects and campaigns
• Create and update graphics for social media, email campaigns, menus, and in-restaurant materials
• Assist with coordinating menu roll-outs across locations, including organizing timelines and updates
• Help design and prepare new menus and menu revisions for print and digital use
• Assist with menu printing and distribution by coordinating with team members and vendors
• Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing and menu materials
• Support social media content scheduling and organization
• Contribute ideas for promotions, campaigns, and content

Minimum Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced experience or coursework in graphic design
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines with guidance and support

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Experience in marketing or a related field
• Interest or experience in hospitality or restaurants
• Experience working with menus or print materials
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram or TikTok
• Basic video or motion design skills
