BRAND MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR, SCHOOL EXCELLENCE

WHAT A DIFFERENCE

At Primrose, our mission - to forge a path that leads to a brighter future for all children - is why we do what we do each day. Primrose provides a life-changing early learning experience for children and their families. We believe who children become is as important as what they know.

We believe who YOU are is as important as what you know. We make every effort to ensure everyone feels they belong in our Primrose community. Our commitment to Belongingness means we seek similarities and respect differences in our unique backgrounds, life experiences and perspectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Brand Management Coordinator, School Excellence, you will support the execution of Schools Excellence marketing strategies that will drive tangible business results – specifically campaigns that inspire parents to enroll their children and attract prospective staff to apply to jobs at Primrose schools. You will support the Brand Management Director, Brand Manager and Senior Specialist in various marketing initiatives and ad hoc requests. This is a full-time, hybrid role.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including enrollment and application trends, to generate insights, prepare reports, and inform ongoing marketing strategy.
  • Manage project workflows and calendars by building timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring all marketing initiatives move forward on schedule.
  • Partner with internal teams to understand priorities and translate business needs into clear, audience-focused communications and marketing deliverables.
  • Conduct market and audience research to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities that support the development of effective marketing strategies.

  • Ability to manage time and competing priorities
  • Verbal and written communication skills
