Marketing Assistant

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing efforts, including social media and website updates.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in fashion, ecommerce, and marketing.

Responsibilities:

Social Media

  • Assist in posting content on Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Help create basic content (photos, videos, captions)
  • Monitor comments and messages
  • Manage social media marketing efforts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Website / Ecommerce

  • Upload products and update product pages
  • Assist with site updates and organization
  • Ensure product info and images are accurate

General Marketing Support

  • Assist with photoshoots or content creation
  • Help organize marketing calendars
  • Support email campaigns and promotions

Additional

  • Support the development of content marketing strategies, including copywriting for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform campaign planning.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SEO techniques to enhance online visibility.
  • Knowledge in Shopify
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Experience with multichannel marketing campaigns integrating digital advertising, email marketing, print advertising, and more.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating compelling visual content.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts including content marketing, performance marketing, B2B (business-to-business) marketing, and product management.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and lead nurturing processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills utilizing Google Analytics and other data sources to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with Google AdWords (now Google Ads) for paid search campaigns.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
