Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Assistant to execute campaigns, managing content, conducting market research, and coordinating promotional activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about marketing trends and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Support social media management (content creation, scheduling, engagement tracking)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Help create marketing materials (presentations, brochures, email campaigns)
  • Coordinate events, promotions, and product launches
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Assist with website updates and content management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with marketing tools such as:
  • Google Analytics
  • Canva
  • Basic graphic design skills
  • Knowledge of content marketing and branding principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
