Premier Chiropractic & Performance is a fast-growing, performance-driven healthcare practice focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences and measurable results. We are building a strong digital presence and are looking for a motivated, growth-minded Marketing Assistant to help us expand our brand and impact.

This is not a task-only role. We are looking for someone who wants ownership, development, and the opportunity to grow.

Position Overview

This part-time hybrid role requires 15–20 hours per week, including 2–3 hours in-office for collaboration and content capture. The remaining hours may be completed remotely.

You will assist in executing and improving our marketing strategy across social media, email marketing, blog development, website content, and SEO coordination.

We are looking for someone who brings initiative, creativity, and follow-through — not just someone who waits for instructions.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Create and schedule daily posts (Instagram and other platforms)
• Post daily Instagram stories
• Write engaging captions aligned with brand voice
• Monitor engagement and basic analytics
• Suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement

Email Marketing

• Schedule and send multiple weekly email campaigns
• Assist with list segmentation
• Write compelling subject lines and email copy
• Track performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate)

SEO & Website Coordination

• Communicate with SEO representatives
• Assist with blog uploads and website updates
• Support basic on-page SEO improvements

Content Creation

• Write blog posts related to health, wellness, and performance
• Create marketing material for events and workshops
• Maintain consistent brand messaging
• Use AI tools to increase efficiency and content quality

Qualifications:

Required:

• 1+ year of marketing or social media experience
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with Instagram strategy
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Basic understanding of SEO principles
• Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar platforms)
• Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
• Self-starter with strong ownership mindset

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare, fitness, or wellness industries
• Canva or basic graphic design skills
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or Meta Insights
