Overview and Purpose

Provides crucial support for marketing teams, handling administrative tasks, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance to ensure strategies run smoothly and efficiently, covering duties from social media management and content creation to market research and reporting on key metrics like website traffic and leads.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support: Assist with planning, executing, and tracking multi-channel campaigns (digital ads, events, email).
  • Content & social media: Draft posts, manage accounts, schedule content, and coordinate with designers for visuals.
  • Data & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, collect marketing data, compile reports on campaign effectiveness, and analyze trends.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage databases (CRM), coordinate schedules, liaise with vendors (printers), and handle general project support.
  • Market Research: Conduct research and competitive analysis to understand target audiences and market trends

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or as a marketing assistant.
  • Campaign Support: Assisting with planning, executing, and monitoring multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital ads, email, events).
  • Content & Digital: Managing social media, optimizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO), creating blog posts, newsletters, and visual materials.
  • Research & Analytics: Conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback (surveys, metrics), and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Administrative & Coordination: Performing daily office tasks, managing databases, liaising with sales/external agencies, and supporting team members.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable marketing improvements.
  • Creativity: A passion for staying up to date with the latest AI marketing trends.
