Two Brothers Epoxy Flooring is growing fast and we’re looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team and help take us to the next level.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s ready to grow with a company that’s making big moves across Arizona and beyond. You’ll work closely with our marketing manager and leadership team to support campaigns, manage content, track results, and help execute new ideas that drive visibility and sales.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in managing social media accounts and content creation
• Help with Google Ads, SEO, and other digital campaigns
• Coordinate photos, videos, and project updates for marketing materials
• Support trade shows, local events, and brand outreach
• Track performance data and report key metrics

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and branding
• Familiarity with social media, Canva, or basic marketing tools
• Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced team
