We are currently seeking a qualified individual to assist in our busy marketing department at our South Jersey location (20 minutes from Philadelphia). This position reports directly to the Marketing Director and will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

· Coordinate all aspects of events, trade shows, and conferences, including logistics, promotional materials, and collateral preparation.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content across social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and website updates.

· Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and sales collateral.

· Manage and track inventory of marketing and promotional materials.

· Maintain marketing databases and assist in managing customer relationship management (CRM) software.

· Assist in managing social media accounts, creating content, and responding to user interactions.

· Provide general administrative support to the marketing and sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing marketing materials.

Requirements:

· 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or a similar role.

· Degree/background in marketing, business, or a related field.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite required.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

· Fundamental knowledge of WordPress and Salesforce programs a plus but not required.

· Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

· Ability to communicate and coordinate efforts with individuals and teams across multiple departments.

· Solutions provider – the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.

· Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, including social media management platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).

· Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 20 lbs.
