Marketing Assistant

Overview
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and personable Marketing Assistant to support a busy financial planning practice. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone. You’ll play a key role in maintaining client relationships, coordinating appointments, and assisting with day-to-day marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and receive inbound client calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments and calendar coordination
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, including email outreach and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update client contact records in CRM systems
  • Help organize client appreciation initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills and phone presence
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and handling scheduling logistics
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Prior experience in administrative, customer service, or marketing roles preferred
  • Interest in financial services is a plus, but not required
  • No criminal record
