Job Title: Marketing Assistant II

Location: Denver, CO or Minnesota (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Pay Rate: $25-32/hr on W2

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant II to support commercial demand-side management (DSM) and energy efficiency programs across multiple jurisdictions. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy program coordination, customer communication, and operational support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support commercial energy efficiency and rebate programs across multiple jurisdictions
• Review rebate requests and ensure documentation is complete
• Route rebate applications to the processing team
• Follow up with internal teams and customers regarding missing documents, invoices, or required materials
• Manage assigned tasks within Salesforce
• Monitor and manage shared program inboxes
• Update marketing and program communication materials
• Participate in weekly project and program meetings
• Maintain accurate records and reporting documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Utility or energy industry experience
• DSM or energy efficiency program experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms
• Experience working in regulated environments

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule: onsite Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday and Friday
• Occasional overtime may be required
