Marketing Assistant

Experience in Social Media and basic video editing

· Plan, create, and post content for the company’s social media platforms routinely.

· Monitor social media platforms regularly to ensure responsiveness to all enquiries.

· Communicate and maintain a mutual and effective relationship with relevant content creators, agencies, and social media influencers.

· Monitoring and following up on enquiries and direct messages within reasonable time.

· Assisting the marketing team with photography and videography during special events.

. Assist the head of marketing with organization, coordination and execution of special training sessions, workshops, and other events.

· Collaborating with brand managers to create relevant content for product launches, promotions, and newsletters.

· Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.

· Conduct market research and analyses consumer rating reports and questionnaires.

· Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data that includes social media, web analytics, rankings etc.

· Proactively developing and presenting new promotional and marketing material to support the department’s growth.
