We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Assistant & Coordinator to support the marketing team in daily operations, campaign execution, social media coordination, content preparation, and communication with suppliers, agencies, and internal departments.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate daily marketing activities and campaigns.
- Support the execution of digital and offline marketing plans.
- Follow up with designers, photographers, printers, and suppliers.
- Coordinate with sales and showroom teams regarding promotions and campaigns.
- Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, launches, and activations.
Social Media & Content
- Schedule and publish social media content.
- Assist in preparing captions, stories, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate content creation including photo and video shoots.
- Monitor social media engagement and customer inquiries.
Administrative Support
- Maintain marketing calendars and campaign timelines.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
- Organize marketing files, assets, and documents.
- Track invoices, quotations, and supplier communication.
Website & Digital Support
- Assist with website updates and content uploads.
- Support email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Help monitor campaign performance and basic analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or assistant roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office, and basic marketing tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in retail, interior design, construction, or luxury brands.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Photography or content creation experience is a plus.
- Understanding of branding and visual communication.
