Marketing Assistant - Dental Specialty practice

Are you creative, personable, and detail-oriented? We’re seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our specialty dental team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys relationship-building, event planning, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with referring offices (dentists, hygienists, and their teams)
• Coordinating and hosting referral marketing initiatives, CE study clubs, and open houses
• Organizing patient appreciation and referral programs, including gifting and giveaways
• Creating engaging content for social media, newsletters, and online campaigns
• Supporting brand growth through in-office and community initiatives

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Dental or healthcare experience preferred
• Experience in event planning, hospitality, or marketing (preferred but not required)
• Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Positive, professional attitude and team-player mindset
