Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing multichannel marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
  • Support content creation efforts, including copywriting for websites, social media posts, email newsletters, and advertising materials.
  • Manage social media marketing initiatives by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize outreach.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings using keyword research and content optimization techniques.
  • Contribute to digital marketing activities such as email marketing campaigns, Google AdWords advertising, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by updating product listings on platforms like WordPress and ensuring website content is current and engaging.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on advertising sales efforts and product management initiatives to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Help manage budgets for various campaigns, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while meeting campaign objectives.

Skills

  • Proven experience or familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, multichannel marketing, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual content.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and performance marketing strategies to optimize campaigns.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as WordPress and basic HTML coding is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with B2B (business-to-business) marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent research skills to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting insights clearly.
