Job Description:

We are seeking a Fresher to join our team in Nashik.

The candidate will be responsible for operating and entering data and making outbound calls.

This role requires:

* Excellent communication skills,

* The ability to effectively convey information

* Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.

Responsibilities:

* Data entry and maintaining records.

* Making outbound calls

* Engaging potential customers in a friendly and informative manner to generate qualified leads

* Clearly and confidently explaining the features.

* Conducting surveys gather valuable feedback.

* Addressing inquiries and providing information, and resolving basic issues with empathy and understanding.

* Maintaining call records: accurately document details of each call, including the outcome, customer responses, and any follow-up actions required, in the designated system.

* Search and maintain the possible data as per the requirements of the product.
