This role will act as the affiliate execution engine and communications hub of the marketing team — helping translate PMD's brand, products, and campaigns into clear, compelling storytelling through affiliate partnerships and other channels.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills and creative background who can manage creator relationships, write compelling copy, and help build a brand people don’t just buy from — but are loyally connected to and crave.
We are open to hiring Part Time or Full Time depending on the needs of the cadidate.
Affiliates
- Collaborate with the Creative Director on campaign vision and affiliate strategy
- Manage creator relationships across gifting, paid opportunities, and whitelisting — from outreach, unboxing experiences and creative briefs, to follow-up and posting goals
- Collect and organize creator content for ads; pass along to the ads team and track performance for insights
- Nurture the Curated creator community — post to the creator platform to educate and inspire creators to share PMD
- Request product reviews from creators once they've experienced the product
- Use our social listening platform to monitor posted content, tag it, and surface performance insights that inform strategy
Marketing Team Support
- Website copy — beef up existing product description pages to better tell our brand and product story and increase conversion, educational pages, FAQs, and weaving in our Korean skincare thread
- Product launch copy — new product description pages, sales sheets, packaging copy
- Support other cross-functional creative requests
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Clear communicator with confidence in written outreach and creator follow-upStrong storyteller + copywriter — can bring a brand to life through words and make online relationships feel personal
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — able to track multiple affiliate relationships and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiar with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Tech-savvy (or quick to learn tools like Google Drive, Shopify, ShopMy, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Collaborative, positive, takes pride in and ownership of their output, and excited to contribute to team culture
This person will work closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to execute affiliate strategy and curate the best possible brand experience for those promoting and discovering PMD.
