Job Summary:
Implement the approved marketing strategy that promotes O West through effective BTL and ATL activities, ensuring timely execution within the approved budget to support brand visibility and achieve sales targets.
Marketing Operations:

Implement O West marketing plans, including events, promotions, and project campaigns, ensuring alignment with the destination’s sales objectives.

Oversee the development and issuance of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, and promotional content) to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive sales.

Ensure effective utilization of the marketing budget in line with approved plans and cost control measures.
Branding & Campaigns:

Support in developing and executing integrated marketing communications, including ATL and BTL campaigns, to strengthen the O West brand.

Oversee office branding, giveaways, and destination visual identity to ensure consistent brand representation.

Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements to enhance brand reach and ROI.

Ensure continuous development of communication campaigns and programs that foster brand growth and customer loyalty.
Research & Digital Marketing:

Conduct and manage marketing research, competitive benchmarking, SWOT analysis, and market studies to identify opportunities and risks.

Oversee website content, SEO optimization, and analytics tracking to maintain relevance and user engagement.

Support the Marketing Manager in generating reports, dashboards, and insights that guide marketing decision-making.
Knowledge , Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in mass communication or business administration.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the marketing field, including at least 2 years within the real estate sector.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
