Job Title: Marketing Assistant - Property/ Real Estate (Western Australia Focus)
Location: Remote
Role Type: Full-Time (8 hours/day Monday-Friday)

About the Role:
We are hiring a Marketing Assistant – Property to support content creation, campaign coordination, lead generation, and overall marketing execution for a property investment company.
This role blends creative work with operational support - managing content calendars, coordinating social media, preparing branded materials, and supporting paid campaigns.
Success means producing clean, consistent marketing output that strengthens the brand, attracts qualified leads, and supports the sales and appointment-setting teams. You should be organised, visually aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc.)
  • Support content writing for captions, newsletters, updates, and market insights
  • Prepare marketing assets such as brochures, property highlight sheets, investor summaries.
  • Maintain and update the content calendar
  • Support lead generation campaigns and track performance metrics
  • Upload, tag, and manage content in CRM/marketing systems
  • Coordinate with the sales and data teams to create data-backed property marketing content
  • Assist in preparing email marketing sequences, landing pages, and campaign flows
  • Conduct light market or competitor research to support messaging
  • Provide quality checks to ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Prepare weekly reports summarising campaign performance, engagement, and recommendations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in marketing coordination, social media, or content support
  • Experience in property, real estate, or investment marketing
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable with design tools (Canva; Adobe Suite etc)
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as Go High Level is a bonus
  • Ability to manage calendars, schedules, and multiple content threads at once
  • Organised, proactive, and able to turn ideas into polished outputs
  • Available full time (40 hours/week)
  • Fast internet; personal laptop; quiet workspace
