Marketing Associate

Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig (DBL) is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Associate in our Leesburg, Virginia office. The ideal candidate must have excellent writing skills with a demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, Integrated Marketing & Communications or a related field required
• At least 1 year experience in marketing required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytics and marketing performance knowledge
• Consistent organization and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Team Player

Responsibilities:

• Serve as key liaison for and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support in the construction of the marketing plan with specific analysis and collaborate in the development of key strategic initiatives.
• Visualize, construct, and post content on website that strategically captivates client-based audiences.
• Identifying new ways to build trust with clients throughout the client journey.
• Assist with organization of events and seminars.
• Conducts marketing research and analyzes client feedback.
• Assist with web and social media content publication and monitoring.
• Understanding and implementation of SEO and GEO strategy and tactics.
• Design and implement process and complete post-project analysis.
• Develop digital/email marketing campaigns and execute the marketing campaigns and delivery of reporting on tactics and outcomes of these efforts.
• Work alongside fellow marketers to help craft content for placement across various marketing channels, build and create marketing assets such as ads, brochures, emails, etc., and help build and maintain the content on our event websites using various content management systems.
• Serve as a representative of Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig at local networking meetings and events.
