As one of the fastest-growing builders in the Valley, we’re looking for a creative, energetic Marketing Associate to help us grow our brand both online and in the community.

What You’ll Do (Roles & Responsibilities)
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute daily content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Monitor social trends and create viral, on-brand posts that drive engagement.
- Engage with our community online (comments, DMs, shares).
- Track performance metrics and adapt strategy for growth.
Photography & Videography
- Visit job sites to capture high-quality photos and videos of projects.
- Edit footage into reels, before/after transformations, and marketing assets.
- Maintain an organized content library for use across platforms.
Field Marketing & Events
- Represent CPB at local events, networking mixers, and open pool showcases.
- Set up signage, giveaways, and branded displays.
- Collect leads and tell the CPB story in person.
Traditional Marketing & Branding
- Create flyers, yard signs, and other print materials using Canva and Adobe tools.
- Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns.
- Support referral and loyalty campaigns with physical and digital assets.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work with Sales and Leadership to align campaigns with promotions and goals.
- Provide ideas for seasonal pushes, event activations, and creative campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity and suggest ways to stand out.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong personality and confident communicator — both online and in-person.
- Fluent in Instagram & TikTok trends; understands virality and social engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and organization.
- Experienced in Canva and comfortable with Adobe Premiere Pro (or other editing software).
- Photography/videography skills — able to shoot and edit with a professional eye.
- Creative, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects.
- Prior marketing, social media, or event experience preferred but not required.
