We’re expanding and looking for a Marketing Assistant who’s ready to combine digital expertise with grassroots outreach to grow our brand and reach more clients who need our help.

What You’ll Do

• Digital Campaigns: Manage Google Ads and PPC campaigns (budget tracking, A/B testing, conversion optimization).
• Local Service Ads (LSAs): Run, dispute, and monitor LSAs to maximize lead quality.
• WordPress + SEO: Build and maintain landing pages with strong SEO fundamentals.
• Community Outreach: Plan and execute grassroots campaigns (student outreach, co-branded events, posters, “Know Your Rights” cards).
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, report results, and recommend improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Director and leadership team to align marketing with firm goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (legal/professional services a plus).
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
• Hands-on experience with Google LSAs.
• Knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization.
• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative, organized, and eager to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
