Junior Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Associate who has foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing, IT Networking, and Accounts. The ideal candidate will support cross-functional teams in marketing campaigns, basic IT/networking tasks, and financial/account operations. This is a great opportunity for a B.Com graduate to gain multi-disciplinary experience and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO).
• Support network and IT-related tasks such as troubleshooting and system setups.
• Maintain basic accounts records including vouchers, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with the finance and marketing teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare simple reports and documentation as assigned.
• Provide administrative support where required.

Requirements

• B.Com degree (Bachelor of Commerce).
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, SEO, email).
• Basic understanding of networking & IT support.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Raiwind: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
