Key Responsibilities:


Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns tailored to the UAE market.

Collaborate with HQ marketing and regional Sales teams to align product positioning and messaging.

Manage digital advertising, content marketing, and social media presence for UAE market.

Plan and organize local offline events, exhibitions, and networking activities independently.

Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics and ROI.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer insights.

Ensure brand consistency and adherence to global marketing guidelines.

Support lead generation activities and optimize the customer acquisition funnel.


Job Summary:


The Marketing Associate will be responsible for driving the marketing and brand growth of the hayy ai product across Dubai and the wider UAE market. Working under the strategic guidance of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) based in Germany, this role focuses on executing localised online and offline marketing campaigns to strengthen product visibility and generate B2B/B2C leads. The candidate will collaborate closely with the regional Sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless campaign integration. This position requires a proactive and independent professional capable of planning, managing, and optimising marketing activities, especially for local offline events and partnerships, to maximize market penetration and customer engagement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product or digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (both required).
  • Deep understanding of UAE market dynamics and local business culture.
  • Proven track record of managing online campaigns and marketing events.
  • Strong understanding of B2B/B2C marketing and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Tools & Technologies:

  • Google Analytics, Google Ads.
  • CRM systems ( HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
  • SEO & content management tools ( SEMrush, WordPress).
  • Design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Project management software ( Trello, Asana, ).
