Marketing Associate

Pisoni Family Vineyards is a multi-generational, family-owned estate dedicated to sustainable farming and crafting wines of place from the Santa Lucia Highlands. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team and help share the story of our vineyards, wines, and people.

Position Overview

The Marketing Associate supports the day-to-day execution of marketing and communication efforts across the Pisoni Family Vineyards. This includes the Pisoni, Lucia, and Lucy Wines. This role works directly with the Director of Marketing and winery leadership to create meaningful, high-quality content that connects with our audience and reflects the family’s commitment to quality and stewardship.

This position may be structured as either part-time or full-time depending on the candidate’s experience and availability.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Communications

  • Write copy for social media, blog posts, and website updates.
  • Contribute to the creative direction and storytelling that reflect the Pisoni family’s values and craftsmanship.
  • Assist with photography and visual content for digital and print use.

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and schedule email campaigns and social posts.
  • Update website content for releases, vineyard updates, etc. (WordPress or similar CMS).
  • Monitor and summarize analytics to support strategy and engagement insights.

Brand & Project Support

  • Collaborate with the production, customer service and logistics teams to support campaigns, events, and seasonal releases.
  • Maintain digital asset libraries.
  • Assist in the creation and production of marketing collateral, packaging materials, and promotional items.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or digital media — preferably in the wine, food, or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp (or similar email platform), and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with social media management and website platforms (WordPress, Later, etc).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic photography (Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Knowledge of Sonoma and Monterey wine regions.
  • Interest in storytelling, sustainability, and fine wine.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
