DALY Computers is a system integrator, solution provider, value added reseller, and major service provider focused on serving the IT infrastructure needs of state local governments and education customers. We are seeking a Marketing Associate who is passionate, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual will play an integral role on the marketing team, collaborating to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

The position is primarily remote but will require in-office work at our Frederick, MD location as needed. This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or as needed. All candidates must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug test screening. Duties & Responsibilities:

· Assist the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, including email, social media, podcasts, and website.

· Monitor DALY’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter) for current news, trends, ideas, and content feedback.

· Create and post social media content to promote DALY’s strategic partnerships among other content.

· Recommend and implement best practices for social media content development and management.

· Perform contact database maintenance, including (but not limited to) researching contacts and updating records.

· Assist with podcast creation—editing, graphics, promoting on social media.

· Assist, when able, with in-person events at DALY HQ and external sites within driving distance.

· Maintain and update a task management portal to track all marketing activities.

· Support the marketing team in regular administrative tasks.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· College degree is preferred, with a background in marketing, communications, or a related field of study.

· Familiarly with major social media platforms and data analytics associated with them.

· Solid understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Excel, and Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
