What will you be doing?

Build authentic relationships with finance leaders and customers to discover great stories.

Capture video testimonials, write story briefs, and manage social proof content.

Coordinate shoots, events, and creative collaborations that celebrate customer success.

Manage gifting, recognition, and community initiatives to deepen customer engagement.

Maintain a library of customer videos, quotes, and stories for brand campaigns.
What do you need?

2–4 years in marketing, brand, or customer advocacy (ideally in SaaS, fintech, or B2B).

Strong writing and communication skills.

Experience producing or coordinating video/social content.

A people-first mindset — you love building rapport and capturing authentic stories
