Role Purpose:

The Marketing & Events Associate helps fill our spaces and grow The Hive brand by planning events, running day‑to‑day marketing activities, and keeping our message consistent across all channels. The role works closely with Sales, Performance Marketing, Community and CX teams to drive leads, tours and brand love.

What you will be doing:

  • Own the marketing calendar
  • Build and maintain The Hive’s marketing and events calendar so campaigns, promotions, events and social content are planned in advance, aligned with business priorities, brand identity and executed on time.
  • Bring The Hive to life through events
  • Plan and organize events at our spaces – workshops, community mixers, partner activations – that create buzz, drive footfall and help people experience The Hive.
  • Promote our offerings across channels
  • Work with Sales and Performance Marketing to promote coworking, private offices, meeting rooms and event spaces via social media, website, email, and partner platforms.
  • Come up with campaign and promo ideas
  • Think of simple, strong concepts for ads, offers and campaigns that fit our brand and commercial goals, then brief designers/creative resources to turn them into visuals and videos.
  • Write clear, on‑brand content
  • Draft copy for social posts, emails, landing pages, flyers, event invites and basic ad copy in a tone that feels true to The Hive.
  • Turn insight into action
  • Stay close to customers, sales, community teams and performance data to understand what’s working. Run basic competitor scans on offers, pricing and messaging, and share practical recommendations with Management Guard and grow the brand
  • Make sure everything that goes out, digital content, event communication, printed material, listings, is consistent with our brand guidelines, strengthens recognition and builds recall over time.
  • Support simple reporting
  • Keep basic trackers for campaigns and events (leads, attendance, engagement, cost per lead where relevant) and share concise updates with Sales and leadership.

What you will be doing:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media/Communications or a related field.
  • Around 1–3 years of experience in marketing
  • Comfortable with social media and basic digital marketing (posting, scheduling, simple analytics).
  • Strong writing skills in English, with good Urdu; able to adapt tone to different audiences.
  • Organised, detail oriented and able to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
  • Enjoys meeting people, attending events and being on the ground when needed.
