We operate across major e-commerce platforms and are seeking a talented E-Commerce Marketing Associate to support our digital growth, strengthen our brand presence, and assist with day-to-day marketing operations.
Job Summary
The E-Commerce Marketing Associate will play a key role in optimizing our online sales channels, support brand messaging, executing email marketing campaigns, and supporting administrative and operational tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing within the wellness industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimizing product listings across key platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
- Monitor product performance, update content, and support SEO enhancements.
- Ensure pricing accuracy, inventory visibility, and brand consistency across all channels.
- Analyze marketplace trends and competitor activity to support strategic growth.
- Create the scheduling of email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional sequences.
- Coordinate with designers and copywriters to develop engaging content aligned with brand standards.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and ROI to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, product listings, and communications.
- Support social media content planning and execution as needed.
- Help coordinate product launches, promotions, and influencer collaboration tasks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, and product development teams.
- Assist in the review of brand materials to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with operations and fulfillment teams to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Prepare and present performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles (nutraceutical or wellness industry a plus).
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Klaviyo or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
