Main Purpose of Job
Support the brand team in day-to-day operations, data analysis, project coordination, and execution of brand activities. Ensure smooth tracking of brand performance, support innovation/renovation tasks, and assist in preparing key reports and presentations.
Key Outputs & Responsibilities

Support in updating consumer and market insights, brand trackers, and competitor monitoring.

Assist in execution of brand plans, campaigns, and activations with agencies and cross-functional teams.

Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance for artwork approvals, SKU updates, PFME tracking, and project follow-ups.

Manage operational tasks including sample dispatch, packaging development support, I&R documentation, and maintaining brand records.

Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards, post-campaign reviews, and business performance summaries.

Ensure compliance with Nestlé policies, WHO Code, and internal documentation requirements.
What Will Make You Successful

Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in marketing, business, or related field.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; comfort with data and reporting.

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines.

Strong learning agility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
