We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Inside Sales Specialist to support revenue growth through digital sales channels and marketing initiatives.

Job Summary

The Marketing & Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting inside sales and digital marketing efforts across multiple online platforms. This role focuses entirely on inside sales conducted through email-based quoting, inbound online inquiries, and Amazon—no outside or field sales required.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing online sales platforms, and contributing to marketing and advertising initiatives in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Manage inside sales activities through online platforms, including email quoting, website inquiries, and Amazon.
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate quotes and product recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify needs and drive product and service sales
  • Support the full sales cycle from lead generation through order completion
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing and prospective customers

Marketing & Digital Advertising

  • Assist with digital marketing initiatives including website updates, product listings, and promotions
  • Support content creation for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms
  • Assist with online advertising efforts such as Google Ads, Amazon advertising, and PPC campaigns
  • Help manage product pricing, product setup, and ongoing product optimization across platforms
  • Track and analyze basic performance metrics to support continuous improvement

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage customers professionally in a digital and email-based sales environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of ethics, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Comfortable writing professional emails and working with online sales tools

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in inside sales, marketing, customer service, or e-commerce support
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, SEO, email marketing platforms, or analytics tools
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop) or other graphic/content creation tools is a plus
