Role Summary
We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to support our local marketing execution in UAE, with a focus on social media management and retail / in-centre marketing activations and CRM channel execution
.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys end-to-end execution – from creating engaging content, coordinating online and on-ground campaigns, and delivering measurable impact on reach, engagement, footfall, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Execution

Support the creation and execution of the monthly social media content calendar (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Create, edit, and publish content (Reels, Stories, static posts)

Draft captions and localise content for Dubai audiences, seasonality and cultural moments

Coordinate outreach, briefing, content tracking and delivery for influencer / creator
-
Coordinate basic paid boosts / campaign execution with agency partners

Manage community engagement across channels: DMs, comments, FAQs, reviews
Retail / In-Centre Marketing

Support execution of mall/in-centre promotions, events and seasonal campaigns
-
Coordinate marketing assets (posters, flyers, decals, in-store visuals) with vendors

Liaise with mall management on listings, approvals, placements, and event requirements

Assist in execution of activations/events: logistics, set-up, on-ground support
-
Capture on-ground content during activations to repurpose for social media
CRM Channel Execution (Email, WhatsApp, Push)

Execute CRM campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar and retail priorities
-
Build and send EDMs, WhatsApp messages and push notifications using existing CRM tools
-
Coordinate copy, creative, links, segmentation inputs, and approvals

Ensure CRM communications are sent on time and aligned with campaign launches

Maintain CRM send calendar to avoid over-communication and message clashes

Track and report on CRM performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions where available)
Campaign Coordination & Reporting

Maintain marketing trackers (calendar, deadlines, budgets, asset status)

Support post-campaign reporting: performance summaries, insights, and action plans

Contribute ideas and improvements to strengthen future campaigns
Who We’re Looking For
Experience
-
3–5+ years of marketing experience (retail, lifestyle, education, beauty, fitness, or mall marketing preferred)

Hands-on experience executing
social media and CRM campaigns

Comfortable with basic editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, InShot (or similar)
-
Strong coordination skills: vendors, approvals, timelines, and stakeholders
-
Familiarity with Dubai retail seasonality (Ramadan/Eid, DSF, back-to-school, etc.) is a plus
-
Arabic is a plus (not required)
