Position description:
Dynamic professional driving marketing initiatives, executing campaigns, and contributing to strategic planning at the executive level to enhance brand visibility and achieve organizational goals.
Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering measurable results.

Conduct thorough market analysis, identify trends, and contribute to development of marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive business growth.

Conducting meetings with existing parents.

Conducting market visit meetings.

Looking after the work of administration and generating leads for the organization.

Fixing meetings with existing parents and generating fresh leads for the organization.

Meeting new parents during a field visit to generate fresh leads.

Conducting contests and events for the students for branding and promotion of the organization.

Creating positive buzz and awareness about the organization in the market.

Increasing visibility of the organization.
Qualifications:
-
Experience in marketing, business development, and ATL/BTL activities, preferably in the education sector.

Strong understanding of lead generation, brand promotion, and campaign execution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with parents, students, and external partners.

Proven ability to plan and manage marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling market visits and outreach activities.
