The Role
We’re seeking a Marketing Associate who’s eager to leverage their skills across content creation, social media, design, copywriting, and brand development. This role is perfect for someone who’s naturally curious, highly organized, self-motivated, and excited to help brands grow from the inside out. You’ll be working hands-on with multiple clients in both a creative and strategic capacity, collaborating closely with the founders to directly influence the company’s growth trajectory.

Experienced in content creation, from crafting engaging visuals to writing compelling copy.

You’ve worked in startups or scaling brands and understand the unique challenges of fast-growing environments.

You know social media inside and out: understanding each platform’s unique features, staying on top of trends, and tracking engagement effectively.

What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Copywriting

Produce and edit short-form video (CapCut, Premiere Pro); stay on top of editing trends.

Capture and edit UGC and iPhone content.

Use Canva and Adobe to create and edit branded content and marketing materials.
-
Collaborate with photographers and contribute to brand shoots.
-
Craft compelling, on-brand copy that pairs seamlessly with visuals.

Translate brand stories into engaging visual and written content for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest) using Canva and other graphic design tools.

Continually stay up to date on the latest trends and implement them into UGC content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest.
Brand Building & Strategy

Support creative ideation: mood boarding, brand voice development, campaign pillars, and creative briefs.

Manage social media, community engagement, and copywriting (captions, blogs, email, and brand voice).

Stay up-to-date on social and design trends, and apply them strategically to client work.

Contribute to weekly/monthly content calendars, helping shape strategy based on analytics.

Leverage consumer psychology insights to strengthen branding, and positioning.
Analytics & Reporting

Track and interpret analytics across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest.

Understand KPIs and campaign components; provide actionable insights for optimization.
Collaboration & Growth

Work closely with founders and clients.

Be a reliable partner in managing projects from start to finish.

Continuously learn new creative tools and applications.

Skills & Qualifications

4-year degree in a relevant field like Business, Marketing, or Communications.

1-2 years of experience in a marketing or content creation role.

Skilled in crafting copy that tells a story and reflects brand voice.
-
Creative eye for design, color, typography, and layout.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong experience editing and creating materials in Canva.

Strong experience creating and editing short-form video (CapCut required).

Proficient in G-Suite, Microsoft Office

Social media savvy: TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest.

Familiarity with CPG and retail industries.
Nice-to-Haves

Adobe Creative Suite

Experience writing copy for different brand voices.

HeyOrca, Later or similar scheduling platforms

Sprout or similar analytics platforms

Experience with Klaviyo (email design).
