Company Overview

We are an established fashion and lifestyle brand specializing in minimalist luxury apparel, clean editorial aesthetics, and high-quality contemporary designs. As we scale our footprint in Bahrain and expand our presence across the GCC, we are seeking a dedicated, visually driven Content Creator to join our team in Manama to handle day-to-day social media execution.

Role Summary

If you have a passion for fashion photography, a sharp eye for clean visual curation, and love creating engaging short-form video content, this role is for you. Operating directly from our showroom and office, you will be responsible for shooting products, editing reels, and ensuring our online presence matches our high-end, minimalist brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Production & Videography

• Conduct daily on-site mobile photography and videography shoots of apparel, fabric textures, and lifestyle setups.
• Edit quick, engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikToks) using CapCut or similar mobile editing tools.
• Maintain a clean, sophisticated, and cohesive visual feed grid that aligns with our brand guidelines.

2. Feed Scheduling & Copywriting

• Draft straightforward, polished, on-brand English captions and product descriptions.
• Organize and schedule daily posts and interactive stories using Meta Business Suite.

3. Community Interaction

• Actively monitor and respond to customer direct messages (DMs) and comments in a polite, prompt, and helpful manner.
• Coordinate local product deliveries or customer inquiries originating from social media channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience handling social media channels or a portfolio showcasing exceptional taste in visual layout and product presentation.
• Visual Style: A natural affinity for minimalist, clean, and elegant visual layouts. (A link to an Instagram account you manage or a creative portfolio must be submitted).
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in smartphone photography, lighting, and mobile video editing tools (CapCut/InShot). Solid familiarity with basic Instagram and TikTok tools.
• Language: Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Work Style: Organized, punctual, and comfortable working directly with physical inventory in a retail/studio environment.

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Basic Cash Salary: BHD 180 per month (Paid systematically via the Bahrain Wages Protection System).
• Accommodation: Fully provided and covered by the company (including basic utilities).
• Visa & Legal: 100% employer-sponsored residency and work permit through the LMRA.
• Healthcare: Access to mandatory basic health insurance coverage as per Ministry regulations.
• Travel: Standard return flight ticket to your home country upon completion of the contract.
• End of Service: Statutory gratuity contributions processed monthly via the Social Insurance Organization (SIO).
