Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan, design, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, blogs).
- Create visually appealing graphics, short videos, and other creative assets to match brand identity.
- Monitor analytics and track performance to optimize campaigns.
- Build and manage an online community by engaging with students, parents, and partners.
- Collaborate with counselling and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in managing social media for a brand (education/ed-tech experience is a plus).
- Strong designing skills (Canva required; Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effects preferred).
- Proficiency in creating reels, short-form videos, and trending content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and execute campaigns end-to-end.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics).
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
