Marketing Associate - (Intern > FTE)

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Marketing Interns to join our team at the Kolkata office. This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to a variety of marketing functions, including digital campaigns, SEO, content creation, branding, social media, events, and more.

You will be evaluated based on your interview performance and ongoing contribution during the internship. Based on your strengths, you will be assigned a specific functional role within the marketing team. The top performers will be offered full-time opportunities after three months.

Three-month in-office internship with training and mentorship.

Assignment to a specific marketing function (e.g., Digital, Content, SEO, social media, Events) based on interview performance and team evaluation.

Real-time project exposure with clear deliverables.

Opportunity to transition to a full-time role based on performance at the end of the internship.

Recent graduates or final-year students with prior internship exposure in marketing (preferred).

Passionate about digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Creative thinkers with a problem-solving mindset.

Comfortable working the 11 AM IST to 7PM IST shift from the Kolkata office.
