ROLE: Marketing Strategist, Associate

About the Role

Join the Founders Office in a fast-moving, innovation-led environment.
You’ll drive social media, content, website optimization, and marketing automation to grow brand presence and lead generation.
This role offers a clear path to Head of Marketing / CMO in a rapidly scaling company.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
• Manage content calendars and engage followers through consistent storytelling.
• Create digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Develop case studies, blogs, and newsletters using AI tools.
• Optimize company website performance and SEO for visibility and conversion.
• Run email automation via Mailchimp and manage analytics using Hootsuite and Google Analytics.
• Track marketing performance and report actionable insights.
