As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will design, implement, and optimize automated marketing workflows using HubSpot. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and CRM teams to improve lead generation, nurturing, and conversion through data driven automation.
You will also ensure accurate tracking, seamless system integration, database integrity, and continuous optimization of digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize HubSpot workflows: nurturing, scoring, segmentation.
- Create and manage email campaigns, landing pages, and forms.
- Integrate HubSpot with CRM and other platforms to ensure smooth data flow.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and dashboards.
- Align with sales teams to enhance lead qualification and handover accuracy.
- Maintain database hygiene (cleaning, deduplication, compliance).
- Stay updated on HubSpot features, trends, and automation best practices.
- Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to improve campaign impact.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and recommend improvements.
- Train internal teams on HubSpot usage and workflow best practices.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to marketing standards and regulatory rules.
- Support overall marketing operations and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- HubSpot certifications are a plus.
Experience
- 3-5 years in marketing automation, digital marketing, or CRM management.
- Hands on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, scoring, reporting).
- Proven experience integrating automation tools with CRM platforms.
- Strong background in inbound marketing and lead nurturing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance and enhance ROI.
- Experience collaborating with cross functional marketing teams.
