The
Marketing Beauty
team is part of Parfums Christian Dior Orient, based in Dubai, and is in charge of the Make-Up and Skincare strategy at a regional level for 41 countries.
Within the Marketing Beauty team, the
Marketing Trainee
role encompasses all the Make-Up and Skincare portfolio marketing activities for the region to proactively develop specific approaches adapted to the local markets. The
Marketing Trainee
supports the Marketing Executive in their respective category, assisting with daily tasks and contributing to the successful execution of regional initiatives.
Your Mission
As a
Makeup Marketing Intern
, you will support the Makeup Marketing Executive and contribute to the day-to-day execution of the Middle-East Makeup strategy in line with corporate guidelines and the brand image.
This internship will provide hands-on experience in marketing operations, cross-functional collaboration, and regional brand activation.
Your Main Assignments Will Be Focused On
Supporting the implementation of the marketing plans for the Middle East

Assist the Makeup Marketing Executive in adapting the central marketing plan for the region by gathering market-specific information (product assortments, product knowledge, communication tools).

Help update the product catalog with country-specific details, including new launches and discontinued products.

Support the Makeup Marketing Executive in updating planograms (providing references, checking details, coordinating files).

Assist the Makeup Marketing Executive in preparing point-of-sale tools (leaflets, brochures, sales materials, animation concepts) by compiling assets and following up with stakeholders.

Contribute to trade support plans by helping with BC contests, training material preparation, teasers, newsletters, and retailer partnership initiatives.
Assisting in the development of marketing communication tools

Support in preparing communication materials for different audiences: commercial team, agents and subsidiaries, training, merchandising, and retailers.

Help compile and format required documents for each commercial cycle (cycle books, presentations, boards, mockups) within the set deadlines.

Assist in sharing marketing updates with the regional team (marketing flash, newsletters, recaps).
Assisting in the forecasts processes

Help collect and share required information with the forecasts team.

Support the Makeup Marketing Executive in preparing data for forecast analysis of new launches.

Assist with basic forecast revisions by updating files and communicating regular changes on commercial line evolution to the forecast team
Supporting sell-in/sell-out analysis to monitor category performance

Assist the Makeup Marketing Executive in preparing monthly analysis reports by gathering and organizing data.

Support in compiling feedback on new launches under the guidance of the Makeup Marketing Executive.

Help with various other analysis tasks (data entry, formatting, preparing presentations) as needed.
Profile

Academic background in Marketing, Business, or related fields (ongoing studies or recent graduate).

Strong interest and passion for the make-up/beauty category.

Good knowledge of MS Office package (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Fluent in English; French and/or Arabic is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Creative, curious, and proactive mindset with eagerness to contribute ideas.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to support projects with accuracy and respect of deadlines.
