You will:

* Lead growth campaigns across digital, campus, and creator channels

* Build Commit’s launch playbook

* Experiment fast, measure deeply, and push for creative virality

* Work with product and community teams to turn user insights into bold marketing moments

* Shape how Commit becomes a habit

This is not a “run ads and make decks” role. It is for someone who wants to build a brand from zero, design its voice, and own its users.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
