Marketing & Brand Manager (ARAB NATIONAL)

Role Purpose:

As a Marketing and Brand Manager, your primary purpose is to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and business success. You will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the company's marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. With a blend of creative thinking, analytical prowess, and leadership skills, you will spearhead the development of integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, enhance brand awareness, and contribute to revenue generation.

Role Description:

1. Marketing Strategies

o Develop and execute comprehensive online and offline marketing strategies for products targeting diverse customer segments.

2. Market Insights

o Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape for informed marketing strategies.

3. Collaboration with Management

o Collaborate with senior management to align marketing initiatives with overall company goals.

4. Agency Management

o Brief and supervise communication agencies and stakeholders for on-time, high-quality project implementation.

5. Campaign Oversight

o Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches for measurable results.

6. Content Management

o Oversee content for various channels, including social media, email, print, and digital advertising.

7. Performance Monitoring

o Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies for optimization.

8. Retention Strategies

o Implement retention strategies to nurture existing customers and increase loyalty.

9. Cross-Functional Collaboration

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.

10. Data Analysis

o Analyze data and KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

11. Budget Management

o Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.

12. Market Awareness

Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.

Role Requirements

o Arab Nationals ONLY

o Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in marketing

o 10 + years working in a marketing department in a mid to senior role preferably within both retail and E-commerce.

o Able to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.

o Demonstrated effective leadership skills, including the ability to manage relationships with internal teams and external marketing partners

o Prior experience of working for a Startup and launching a non-existing Brand into the market.

o Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining the Brand Strategy, Brand Identity and Brand Guidelines.

o Prior experience in managing and leading the implementation of cohesive, through the line campaigns, in coordination with multiple internal departments such as Media, Digital and social media, PR, production, retail sales, activation, etc.

o Will have a creative mindset and have a keen eye for design and creative messaging.

o Deep understanding of the consumers marketing in the UAE and GCC market.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic with attention to details

o Experience of working in the B2C industry.

o Nimble and Fast and can think on the feet, without compromising the desired standards of the brands.

o Ability to perform in a high-pressure work environment.

Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office
