About the Role

We are forming a new, dynamic marketing team to strengthen our brand presence in TĂźrkiye. As part of this newly established team, the Marketing & Brand Specialist will play a key role in shaping creative strategies and delivering impactful projects across our well-known brands, Kumtel, Luxell, Toshiba, and Voltme.

In this role, you will manage marketing activities for our various brands, each with unique target audiences, ranging from home appliances and durable goods to technology and innovation-oriented products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver creative, consistent, and result-oriented marketing projects.

What You’ll Do

Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans in line with brand and company objectives.
  • Position each brand according to its unique market segment and audience.
  • Coordinate internal communication between product, sales, and export teams to align marketing actions with business priorities.

Digital & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and track multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, PR, events).
  • Oversee content planning, performance tracking, and community management across websites and social media platforms.
  • Manage agency collaborations to ensure on-brand creative and media execution.
  • Support product launches, promotional activities, and fairs or dealer meetings with clear go-to-market strategies.

Market & Consumer Insights

  • Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitors’ activities to identify actionable insights.
  • Recommend and execute marketing improvements based on data-driven results.
  • Monitor consumer behavior and propose initiatives that strengthen brand perception and engagement.

What We Expect

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communication
  • Good understanding of digital tools and analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Turkish
  • Creative mindset with strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Interest in design, technology, or innovation
  • Experience working with external agencies or on multi-brand portfolios
