The Marketing & Business Development Manager will lead strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility, client engagement, and business growth. The role focuses on two key functions: Client-Centric Marketing, by showcasing the quality, aesthetic impact, and value of past and current projects to strengthen client relationships; and Business Growth Marketing , by promoting WORKSPACE AE’s products and services to attract new clients, expand market reach, and elevate the company’s brand presence across the UAE and beyond.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Develop campaigns that highlight the quality, aesthetics, and value delivered through WORKSPACE AE projects.


2. Create case studies, testimonials, and visual content (photos, videos, social media posts) showcasing client success stories.


3. Manage client engagement initiatives to maintain strong relationships and encourage repeat business.


4. Collaborate with design and sales teams to document and promote project milestones and brand stories.


5. Organize client appreciation activities and brand experiences that reinforce trust and loyalty.


6. Lead all marketing campaigns to drive leads and new business opportunities.


7. Develop digital marketing strategies (SEO, social media, Google Ads, email marketing) to increase visibility and inbound inquiries.


8. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, product catalogs, and digital content that reflect WORKSPACE AE’s premium brand identity.


9. Manage brand presence across social media, website, and other digital channels.


10. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine marketing strategy and maintain a strong market position.



Qualifications & Requirements:


1. Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in interiors, furniture, or design-related industries.


2. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
