About the Role

Keeta is looking for a creative and driven fresh graduate to join our team as Marketing Campaign Associate. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive engagement and business growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life while learning the ins and outs of marketing in a fast-growing, international environment.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, setting objectives, budgets, and ROI targets.

• Oversee the campaign lifecycle, including creative design, resource coordination, implementation, and performance tracking.

• Design engaging campaign mechanics using user insights and trending topics to boost participation.

• Collaborate with merchant operations, content, and marketing teams to promote campaigns and drive traffic conversion.

• Document campaign SOPs, analyze performance data, provide optimization insights, and develop reusable campaign methodologies.

• Strong execution capability and resilience under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Highly creative and trend-sensitive, with a keen eye for what engages users.

• Basic data analysis skills and ability to optimize campaign performance through insights such as A/B testing.
